We are looking for a Marketing Manager to empower our marketing team, working on Hero Wars: Alliance.
It’s a large-scale role: monthly marketing budgets in the 7-digit range, a user base across 70+ countries, and a game that has already generated more than $1.7B in lifetime revenue. You’ll lead a team of up to 15 talented professionals and will have the opportunity to shape both strategy and execution.
- Drive the end-to-end marketing process — from idea and testing to full execution and final delivery.
- Design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns for Hero Wars: Alliance, collaborating closely with creative, UA, and analytics teams.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from concept and briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Track key performance indicators, prepare insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
- Experiment with new marketing channels, formats, and approaches to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Proven experience in marketing within gaming, entertainment, or digital products.
- Solid understanding of user acquisition, digital advertising tools, and campaign metrics.
- Mindset driven by business goals, not tools — you understand the “why” behind every campaign.
- Knowledge of business models, success criteria, and the role marketing plays in achieving them.
- Creative approach with the ability to turn ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
