SLAY is seeking a US-based Community & Social Media Manager to create viral content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, driving downloads and brand awareness. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts and posting schedules, engaging with the Discord community, collaborating with creators on campaigns, working with marketing and product teams, tracking performance, organizing events, and reporting user insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends and youth culture, with proven experience in growing social media engagement and driving brand awareness through viral content. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks
- Create viral content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to drive downloads and brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts and posting schedules, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Actively engage with the community on Discord, gathering feedback, identifying bugs, and fostering conversations.
- Reach out to and manage relationships with creators, collaborating on campaigns to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute aligned campaigns.
- Track social media trends and performance, optimizing strategies for growth and engagement.
- Organize community events and provide regular reports on user insights and content performance.
Requirements
- Passionate about social media, trends, and youth culture, with a deep understanding of what resonates with Gen Z and young adults.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, focused, and disciplined environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt to evolving trends, creating content that feels fresh and relevant to the community.
