Construction and Operations Specialist (Salary 15 - 20 Million)

This role involves managing and operating office facilities and rental properties, participating in the construction and supervision of school projects, and overseeing M&E, water, and construction aspects for company projects and events. Responsibilities also include contractor selection and supervision, maintenance of electrical, water, HVAC, and fire protection systems, and reporting to the Head of Administration - HR.

Must Have

• Responsible for the operation and management of the office and the company's rental properties.
• Participate in the deployment and construction of school sites.
• Participate in the deployment and supervision of M&E, water, and construction systems for projects/events.
• Coordinate with the event team to survey locations and plan for electricity, water, and construction.
• Search, select, and supervise contractors for construction, M&E, and event organization projects.
• Monitor, repair, and maintain electrical, water, air conditioning, equipment, and fire protection systems.
• Inspect and propose construction items that need maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Support other areas or departments when requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head, Board of Directors.
• Report work results to the Head of Administration – Human Resources.
• Graduated with a College or intermediate engineering degree in technical fields (Construction, M&E).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic understanding of building technical systems.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems.
• Experience in technical maintenance.
• Basic understanding of general maintenance processes and mechanisms.
• Ability to use basic mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in urgent, high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work in a team, with discipline and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.

A. Job Description:

• Coordinate with the event team to survey event locations, thereby developing plans for electricity, water, and construction to serve the event.
• Search, select, and supervise contractors to implement the Company's construction, mechanical, electrical, and event organization projects;
• Monitor the operation, repair, and maintenance of electricity, water, air conditioning, equipment, and fire protection systems for the office/factory/private homes of customers/partners/Company leadership;
• Inspect and propose construction items that need maintenance, repair, or replacement.
• Support other areas or departments when requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head, Board of Directors.
• Report work results to the Head of Administration – Human Resources.

B. Requirements:

• Graduated with a College or intermediate engineering degree in technical fields (Construction, Mechanical & Electrical, etc.)
• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic understanding of building technical systems.

• Experience in technical maintenance.
