As an Operations Analyst: Market Data, you will perform daily tasks related to security setup, classification, prices, and corporate actions, handling client and Data Analyst inquiries. The role requires exposure to financial services, understanding of portfolio management and accounting, strong verbal and written communication, detail-orientation, adaptability, and a team-player attitude. Professionalism is key due to the impact on significant assets under management.

Must Have

• Perform daily Market Data tasks (security set-up, classification, prices, corporate actions)
• Handle inbound client and Data Analyst inquiries and issues
• Provide resolution for client and Data Analyst inquiries
• Utilize Advent productivity tools for inquiry resolution
• Exposure to financial services, portfolio management, and accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Receive and handle inbound client and Data Analyst (DA) inquiries and issues
• Provide resolution for client and DA inbound inquiries
• Use all productivity tools available within Advent in the resolution of client inquiries
