Must Have
- Develop business: Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers (businesses, factories, industrial parks).
- Consult solutions: Survey, analyze data, build, and present technical-financial solutions (Rooftop solar, PPA, ESCO).
- Project & Customer Relationship Management: Monitor pipeline, negotiate, coordinate internally to successfully implement projects.
- Internal Development: Learn, train, share knowledge, and contribute to improving company processes and strategies.
- Education: College/University degree (priority in Electrical, Mechatronics, Energy, Business Administration, Technical Economics).
- Technical: Technical background or ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge, especially in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-5+ years in B2B/technical project sales, preferably in the energy sector.
Good to Have
- Foreign language: English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing – required level varies by candidate group).
- Networking with industrial parks, manufacturing industry associations (Textile, Wood, Plastic, Packaging, Food, etc.), industries with high electricity demand.
- Methodology: Understanding and ability to apply Question-Based Selling / SPIN Selling.
