Must Have

University degree in Civil and Industrial Construction or Structural Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structural design for residential or civil projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Excel
Thorough understanding of Vietnamese and international structural design standards
Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate across disciplines
Good teamwork and effective communication with relevant departments
Logical thinking, meticulous, and high responsibility for design products

Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for calculating, designing, and implementing structural drawings for civil works (houses, villas, townhouses, apartments, small hotels, public works, etc.), ensuring safety, efficiency, optimal material use, and architectural compatibility.

MAIN TASKS

Coordinate with architects to understand design ideas, layouts, and technical requirements.
Calculate the structure of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, roofs, water tanks, retaining walls, etc., using specialized software (SAP, ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Revit Structure...).
Develop structural technical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with current standards.
Provide technical support to the construction team during the actual implementation phase.
Prepare and manage design documents, as-built drawings, and store them according to regulations.
Participate in coordinating with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, interior) to ensure the consistency of the documentation.

Job Requirements

CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Education: University degree in Civil and Industrial Construction, Structural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in structural design for residential or civil projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Excel.
Thorough understanding of Vietnamese and international structural design standards.
Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate across disciplines.
Good teamwork, effective communication with relevant departments.
Logical thinking, meticulous, highly responsible for design products.
