Job Summary
Responsible for managing and tracking funds, fixed assets, debts, revenue, expenses, input/output invoices, and quarterly invoice usage reports. Prepare internal reports for accurate management, print books as required. Arrange and store documents scientifically, completely, and according to regulations. Manage labor contracts and insurance for employees. Handle bank transactions, monitor timekeeping, leave, and payroll accounting. Prepare documents for state agencies and partners, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Must Have
- Manage and track funds, fixed assets, debts, revenue, expenses, and invoices.
- Prepare internal reports and print books as required.
- Arrange and store documents scientifically and completely.
- Manage labor contracts and insurance for employees.
- Handle bank transactions (deposits, transfers, payment orders, loan applications, collection documents).
- Monitor timekeeping, leave, and payroll accounting.
- Prepare documents for state agencies and partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Able to use accounting software.
- Graduated from College or University with a major in accounting, auditing, or corporate finance.
Good to Have
- Experience in accounting in the Import-Export field.

+ Responsible for arranging files, storing documents scientifically, completely, and according to regulations.
+ Responsible for labor contracts and insurance for employees.
+ Manage bank transactions: deposits, transfers, payment orders, official letters, loan applications, submitting collection documents, preparing statements, checking the accuracy of documents, etc.
+ Monitor timekeeping, leave, and payroll accounting.
+ Prepare documents for working with state agencies and partners.
+ And other tasks assigned by superiors.
+ Salary from 8-11 million VND (depending on experience).
Job Requirements
+ Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office applications, excellent Excel.
+ At least 2 years of work experience.
+ Able to use accounting software.
+ Graduated from College or University with a major in accounting, auditing, corporate finance.
+ Priority given to candidates with accounting experience in the Import-Export field.
+ Careful, meticulous, accurate in bookkeeping.
+ Enthusiastic, proactive in work.
+ Adhere to information security and company regulations.
+ Good work organization and document management skills.
