Job Summary

The Tax Accountant Specialist will be responsible for checking, accounting for, and declaring various taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT). Key tasks include monitoring VAT for imported goods, coordinating with other departments for tax document validity, preparing and submitting periodic tax reports, and managing tax liabilities. The role involves working with tax and customs authorities during inspections and audits, supporting internal and independent audits, and staying updated on tax regulations to propose optimization solutions. The specialist will also advise management on tax risks.

Must Have

  • Check, account for, and declare VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes.
  • Monitor and control VAT for imported CKD, components, spare parts.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Accounts Payable for tax document validity.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, annual tax reports (VAT, invoice usage).
  • Monitor and control tax liabilities, plan timely tax payments.
  • Work with tax and customs authorities during inspections, audits, and tax finalizations.
  • Support reviewing and preparing documents for internal/independent audits and tax finalizations.
  • Timely update on new tax regulations, advise on tax optimization solutions.
  • Participate in periodic checks of tax compliance in departments.
  • Advise factory management and General Accounting Department on tax risks.
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a tax accountant position.
  • Solid understanding of tax laws (VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax).
  • Experience working with Customs authorities, e-tax, e-invoice software.
  • Synthesis, data analysis skills, good communication, flexible problem-solving.

  • Check, account for, and declare VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes as regulated.
  • Monitor and control VAT for imported CKD, components, spare parts transactions.
  • Coordinate with departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Accounts Payable...) to verify the validity of tax documents for imported and manufactured goods.
  • Prepare documents and submit periodic tax reports monthly, quarterly, annually (VAT reports, invoice usage reports...).
  • Monitor and control tax liabilities, plan timely tax payments.
  • Work with tax and customs authorities during inspections, audits, and tax finalizations.
  • Support reviewing and preparing documents for internal audits, independent audits, and tax finalizations.
  • Timely update on new tax regulations, advise and propose suitable tax optimization solutions, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Participate in periodic checks of tax compliance in departments generating invoices and documents.
  • Advise the factory management and General Accounting Department on tax risks and handling plans.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a tax accountant position, preference for large-scale manufacturing companies or FDI companies.
  • Solid understanding of tax laws (VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax...).
  • Experience working with Customs authorities, e-tax, e-invoice software.
  • Synthesis, data analysis skills, good communication, and flexible problem-solving.
  • Honest, careful, able to work under high pressure.
