Chief Commander of M&E and Fire Protection

Responsible for managing the project command board, organizing the implementation of tasks to ensure quality and progress. This includes daily work reviews, weekly/monthly reporting to the Project Director and Board of Directors, representing the company in meetings with the General Contractor and Investor, controlling material ordering, and regularly checking construction quality. The role also involves organizing quality and payment documentation.

Must Have

• Responsible for managing the project command board and ensuring quality and progress.
• Conduct daily meetings to review work and plans with engineers and construction teams.
• Report work weekly and monthly to the Project Director and Board of Directors.
• Represent the company in meetings with the General Contractor and Investor.
• Control material ordering and procurement plans to ensure project progress.
• Regularly check construction quality at the project.
• Organize the implementation of quality and payment documents.
• Graduated from universities in Construction, Polytechnic, Architecture, or Water Resources.
• Over 5 years of experience as Chief Commander, with experience in M&E packages of 100 billion VND or more.
• Experience working on FDI projects with foreign partners.
• Possess an organizational and team leadership mindset.

• Other tasks as assigned by the Company's Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

• Professional qualifications: Graduated from universities such as Construction, Polytechnic, Architecture, Water Resources, etc.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the position of Chief Commander, having served as chief commander for M&E packages of 100 billion VND or more. Experienced in working on FDI projects with foreign partners.
• Possess an organizational and team leadership mindset.
• Language: English proficiency is an advantage.
