Job Summary
This role involves the installation, operation, and repair of industrial refrigeration and central air conditioning systems. The Head of Technical Department will manage and coordinate the technical team, oversee material and component inspection, periodic reporting, and quality assessment. Key responsibilities include planning component supply, implementing maintenance and repair tasks, and analyzing product failure reports to enhance service quality. Candidates must have a College/University degree in Electronics - Refrigeration and at least 3 years of relevant management experience, along with a strong understanding of company products, warranty policies, and customer service.

- Manage and coordinate the work of the technical department.
- Coordinate with other departments to inspect incoming/outgoing materials and components, inventory, and periodic reporting.
- Plan component supply, manage and evaluate component quality.
- Implement maintenance and repair tasks.
- Through warranty work, collect reports and analyze product failures, report failure rates, and propose solutions to improve service quality.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from College/University with a major in Electronics - Refrigeration.
- At least 3 years of equivalent management experience.
- Understand company products, warranty mechanisms, warranty policies, and customer service.
- Positive attitude, teamwork.
Working hours: From 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday and until 11:30 (Lunch break 12:00-13:30)
