Job Summary
This internship provides students with an opportunity to apply and enhance their electrical engineering skills in a practical work environment. Interns will gain experience in applying principles of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism to develop electrical products and systems. They will also perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical engineering codes, benefiting from mentorship and real-world perspective.
Must Have
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Chargeman or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Skills to read online electrical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, metering and testing equipment including multimeter, Megger, High Pot, ground fault detector, VLF and IR camera.
- Willing to work 8 hours day shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm).
- Willing to work in plant room, office, and cleanroom where needed.
- Position is based in Penang.
