Technical Supervisor for Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection

The Technical Supervisor will oversee construction teams for Electrical, Light Electrical, Water Supply & Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems. Responsibilities include preparing material requests, resolving on-site issues, managing temporary utilities, supervising system installation, and coordinating site handover with contractors and investors. The role requires a relevant university degree and at least 2 years of experience.

Must Have

• University degree in Electrical, Water Supply & Drainage, HVAC, or Fire Protection
• 2 years of experience in the mentioned work, with at least 2 projects completed
• Strong knowledge of M&E system functions, structures, and technical parameters
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for viewing and minor editing of shop drawings
• Proficiency in Excel for preparing material request forms

Job Description

• Work with construction teams at the site for Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection items.
• Prepare material request forms for Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection.
• Resolve on-site issues during the construction of Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection systems.
• Handle matters related to utilities: temporary electricity, temporary water, construction site, sanitation.
• Supervise the construction of Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection systems.
• Receive site handover from previous contractors.
• Hand over the site to subsequent contractors.
• Hand over Electrical/Light Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection systems to the investor.

Job Requirements

1. Degree: University degree in Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection.

• Universities such as: University of Civil Engineering, University of Architecture, University of Water Resources, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

2. Experience: 2 years of experience, having completed at least 2 projects with the above-mentioned work.

3. Professional Knowledge:

• Clearly understand the functions of Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC systems for the types of projects mentioned above.
• Clearly understand the structure of Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC systems corresponding to the types of projects mentioned above.
• Clearly understand the functions and technical parameters of various materials and equipment in Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection systems.
• Clearly understand the construction methods for the above-mentioned tasks.
• Clearly understand the technical requirements for the construction of the above-mentioned tasks.

4. AutoCAD Skills: Proficient in viewing and making minor edits to shop drawings for Electrical/Water Supply & Drainage/HVAC/Fire Protection systems.

5. Excel Skills: Proficient in preparing material request forms.

6. Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills to interact effectively within the project management board to complete assigned tasks on schedule and ensure quality.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with the Investor to complete assigned tasks on schedule and ensure quality.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with the Supervision Consultant to complete assigned tasks on schedule and ensure quality.
• Good logical thinking to resolve issues encountered during work.

8. Work Location: At the project site (out of province or Hanoi).
