Vinh Tan Materials Joint Stock Company is urgently hiring for three engineering positions: Structural, Infrastructure, and M&E. Structural Engineers will design and calculate steel structures for tourism projects, coordinating with architects and supervising construction. Infrastructure Engineers will manage construction costs for infrastructure and traffic, ensuring quality and optimizing project expenses. M&E Engineers will design MEP systems, prepare shop drawings, and oversee construction progress. The roles require coordination with various departments and reporting to management.

Must Have

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Economics, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
• Structural Engineer: 3-5 years experience in civil structure design/control; proficient in AutoCAD, Etabs, Sap2000, Revit Structure, Excel, G8 Estimation; understanding of Vietnamese construction standards.
• Infrastructure Engineer: 3-5 years experience in infrastructure/transportation design, construction, or cost management; proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, estimation software (G8, Delta, Acitt).
• MEPF Engineer: Minimum 2 years experience; proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong technical thinking, problem-solving, carefulness, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Good to Have

• Structural Engineer: Experience in tourism, resort, or ecological projects.
• Infrastructure Engineer: Experience in urban area, resort, or ecological projects.
• MEPF Engineer: Experience in deploying Revit-MEP for water or electrical systems in townhouses; experience in design or design-build companies for complete houses.

Structural Engineer - Infrastructure - M&E

Job Description

\* Recruitment for 3 Engineer positions as follows:

For Structural Engineer:

• Design, calculate, and deploy steel structure drawings (mainly) for tourism and resort projects.
• Coordinate with architects and infrastructure engineers to ensure structural solutions are suitable for landscape and technical standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, check design documents, quantify materials, and propose materials.
• Participate in technical supervision, handling structural issues during construction when required.
• Report progress and coordinate with relevant departments in each project phase.

For Infrastructure, Transportation Engineer:

• Participate in preparing, appraising, and managing construction costs for infrastructure and transportation items in ecological tourism and resort projects.
• Coordinate with technical and construction economics departments in preparing estimates, overall estimates, bidding documents, and project finalization.
• Supervise and inspect the quantity, quality, and progress of internal infrastructure and transportation construction.
• Periodically report progress and propose technical solutions, optimizing project costs.

For MEPF Engineer:

• Design technical MEP systems.
• Deploy shop drawings (priority).
• Quantify materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with the project department, deploy drawings, and supervise construction.
• Report work progress as required by the company's Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS;

- For Structural Engineer:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Economics.
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in civil structure design or control, preference for candidates who have participated in tourism, resort, or ecological projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Etabs, Sap2000, Revit Structure, Excel, G8 Estimation, or equivalent software.
• Understanding of current Vietnamese construction standards and regulations.
• Good technical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Careful, responsible, eager to learn, and good teamwork skills.

- For Infrastructure Engineer:

• University degree in Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation, or Construction Economics.
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in infrastructure/transportation design, construction, or cost management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in urban area, resort, or ecological projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, estimation software (G8, Delta, Acitt...).
• Responsible, proactive, and good teamwork skills.

- For MEPF Engineer:

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Preference for deploying Revit – MEP for water or electrical systems in townhouses.
• Preference for candidates who have worked in design units or design-build companies for complete houses.
