Job Summary

The Senior B2B Business Development Specialist will manage business development by focusing on medium and large-scale corporate and project clients. This includes market surveying, proactively seeking new clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships to maximize output. The role also involves developing services by consulting, designing pricing, and building logistics solutions tailored to B2B client needs, coordinating with operations for implementation and issue resolution. Other tasks will be assigned by the direct manager.

Must Have

  • University degree in Transportation, Economics, or Foreign Trade
  • Knowledge of Delivery and Logistics services in Vietnam
  • 1-3 years of experience in business/sales
  • Experience managing client groups with medium to large revenue
  • Experience in pricing methods, profit analysis, and basic B2B client implementation steps

1. Business Management (Job proportion: 70%)

  • Focus on medium and large-scale corporate clients and project clients.
  • Develop market survey plans, proactively seek and approach new corporate clients.
  • Negotiate, persuade clients to cooperate, process & sign contracts;
  • Care for and develop relationships with clients: maintain service quality through coordination with relevant departments (Implementation, Customer Service, Operations), perform customer care activities to maximize client output.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on new corporate client search results & revenue results for direct manager.

2. Service Development (Job proportion: 20%)

  • Exploit needs, consult, design price lists, service models, and build logistics solutions suitable for the specific needs of each B2B client.
  • Coordinate with the Operations department and related departments to implement solutions and resolve issues during transportation (if any).

3. Other tasks (Job proportion: 10%)

  • Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

1. KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in Transportation, Economics, Foreign Trade.
  • Knowledge of Delivery, Logistics services in Vietnam.

2. EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in business/sales.
  • Experience managing client groups with medium and large revenue.
  • Experience in pricing methods, profit analysis, and basic implementation steps with B2B clients.

3. SKILLS
