Must Have

• University degree or higher in Electromechanics, Renewable Energy, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar energy, including project calculation, construction, and deployment of solar power plants
• Deep understanding of global and regional solar energy markets and project implementation processes
• English TOEIC >650, with ability to communicate and work with international partners
• Willingness to travel abroad for extended periods

Job Description

• Research and market analysis: Evaluate technology trends and demand for Solar Energy services in markets where Viettel is investing.
• Develop business strategy: Develop a strategy for solar energy service development in foreign markets, ensuring alignment with the overall direction of VTG Corporation and Viettel Group.
• Survey and develop investment plans for Solar Power projects.
• Develop processes and KPIs: Establish service implementation processes. Develop a suitable set of metrics and KPIs for Solar Energy services, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Work with consulting partners, EPC, and market companies: during the process of surveying, project calculation, building, and starting to deploy business services.
• Monitor and evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service implementation in markets, proposing strategic adjustments when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Education level: University degree or higher in Electromechanics, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Solar Energy sector, with experience in project calculation, construction, and deployment of solar power plants. Preference for candidates with experience working on projects in foreign markets.
• Professional knowledge: Deep understanding of global and regional solar energy markets and the process of implementing solar power plant projects.
• Foreign language: English TOEIC >650, with the ability to communicate and work with international partners.
• Willingness to travel abroad for extended periods (as required by the job).
