Must Have
- Regularly analyze local market trends and competitors, evaluate research, and develop effective business development strategies.
- Participate in advertising/promotion campaigns and organize advertising staff to raise brand awareness.
- Build long-term cooperative relationships with local businesses (cafes, restaurants, hotels, stores) to expand operations and establish new business relationships.
- Manage local office operations, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Experience in Sales and Team Management.
- Goal-oriented leader with good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
