Job Summary

Qorvo's Power Management team is seeking an Analog Design Engineer to design cutting-edge, high-performance, and reliable circuits for various applications including smartphones, notebooks, SSDs, digital cameras, IoT, and wearable devices. The role involves designing PMUs, battery management systems, high-efficiency converters, data converters, and collaborating with layout, test, QRA, and operations teams for product release.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong foundation in electronic circuit design and analysis
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (Read and Write)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently during high pressure

Good to Have

  • Experience in Power ICs
  • Experience in High voltage analogue design
  • Experience in AC-DC controllers, fly-back primary side regulator
  • Experience in DC-DC controllers, LDO, buck, boost, charge pump
  • Experience in Battery management (linear, switching charger)
  • Experience in A/D and D/A converter
  • Experience in SoC design or embedded system
  • Experience in RTL and behavioral coding
  • Experience designing in I2C and SPI interfaces or other peripheral interfaces

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Qorvo’s Power Management team designs a broad range of products which include Power Management Units (PMUs) for various applications such as Smartphones, notebooks, Solid State Drive, Digital Camera, IoT and wearable devices to battery management (linear and switching charger for different battery types) which is a System on Chip that focus on high efficiency motor controller for wide range of application such as home appliances, whitegoods, power tools, garden tools, drones.
  • Analog Design Engineer participates in designing cutting edge, high performance and reliable circuits such as high precision (bandgap, oscillators, crystal driver, voltage and current sources), very low/high power, high efficiency converters (both linear and switching regulators), data converters, battery management, ESD/Latch up immune design, design for testability, mixed mode signal simulation and works closely with the layout team to meet the design target.
  • Analog design engineer also collaborates with the Test development, QRA team, and operation to ensure a seamless product release to market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong foundation in electronic circuit design and analysis
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (Read and Write)

  • Having experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
