Job Summary
This role involves managing sea export operations, including rate checking, shipment scheduling, and vessel tracing. Responsibilities include negotiating with shipping lines, ensuring accurate information sharing with customers and partners, and handling all related documentation for sea outbound shipments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, over two years of experience in sea export documentation, and strong English and computer skills.
Must Have
- Rate checking, shipment schedule and vessel position trace/update
- Negotiate with Shipping Lines / Co-loader for rate, shipping schedule, booking status/swap, arising issue
- Manage and be responsible for accurate booking/tracing information sharing with Customers/receiving from S/L, Co-loaders
- Check/update and issue all related docs for booking status / delay notice / loading confirm / exception registration
- Ensure all related docs are submitted/EDI to Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent / Shipping Lines or Co-loaders
- Bachelor degree in logistics/economics or related fields
- Over 2-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling
- Good command of English
- Ability to communicate professionally via e-mail and telephone
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office

- Excellent Excel skill is an advantage

- Ensure all related docs are submitted/EDI to Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent / Shipping Lines or Co-loaders and timely report to Operation Manager if any issue or documents are pending
- Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in logistics/economics or related fields.
- Over 2-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to communicate professionally via e-mail and telephone.
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office, especially excellent Excel skill is an advantage
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required
