Staff Specialist Operations Planning & Controlling

This role involves developing and automating dashboards using Tableau to provide real-time insights, improving data accuracy with ETL tools like Tableau Prep, and creating customized visualizations. The specialist will perform deep data analytics, act as a KPI governor, and share insights to drive operational improvements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, or Systems, with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, proficiency in advanced Excel (Macro), Tableau, SQL, and programming languages. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for driving cross-functional implementations.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and automate dashboards leveraging Tableau (or alternative visualisation) to deliver real-time insights
• Improve data accuracy, build and maintain data ingestion using ETL tools like Tableau prep (or power query)
• Increase decision-making efficiencies by creating customized visualizations in Tableau
• Deep dive into data analytics, and as KPI governor, to share insights to operations teams that can assist them to drive improvements.
• Equipped the operations teams with the knowledge and know-how to work efficiently through training and competency development.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor Degree Qualification in Data Science / Engineering / IT / Systems Field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in data analytic role
• Strong understanding of the business goals and objectives to develop effective data-driven strategies and make recommendations
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (Macro) , data analytic, Tableu, SQL and Programming language
• Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
• Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams.
• Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge in SAP/ programming skills / data analytics preferred.
