Fire Protection Manager (Building Operations Segment)

Lotte P&D Vietnam, a subsidiary of Lotte Group, specializes in property management for landmarks like Lotte World Tower and Lotte World Mall. They aim to be a global real estate service company, enhancing asset value and client satisfaction by providing differentiated and premium property management services in Vietnam. The Fire Protection Manager will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and improving the building's fire protection system, developing standard operating procedures, identifying and resolving faults, supervising contractors, and training staff on safety regulations.

Must Have

• At least 3 years of experience in fire protection system management.
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
• Able to use basic English for work.

Good to Have

• Graduated from universities specializing in Fire Protection or related professional certificates.
• Experience working at building operation management companies.
• Quick and enthusiastic.

DETAILED TASKS

• Implement inspection, maintenance, and improvement plans for the Fire Protection System (FPS) in the building.
• Develop standard operating procedures and rules suitable for FPS work.
• Flexibly detect malfunctions and propose the fastest solutions.
• Supervise construction and execution contractors.
• Urge, inspect, and remind employees to comply with technical standards and safety regulations.
• Inspect the quality of systems and support risks related to the project's FPS.
• Implement training on safety procedures and rules for the FPS in the building.
• Prepare reports related to the work.
• Perform other related tasks as required by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Solid knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in fire protection system management.
• Proficient in using Powerpoint, Excel, Word software.
• Able to use basic English for work.
• Priority for candidates graduated from universities specializing in Fire Protection or with related professional certificates in Fire Protection.
• Priority for candidates with experience working at building operation management companies.
