The Construction Economist Staff will be responsible for quantity takeoff and cost estimation for construction and MEP projects, preparing payment and settlement documents, and coordinating with other departments to ensure work progress and quality. Key tasks include updating and tracking changes in estimates, ensuring accuracy of related documents, and participating in meetings to report progress and discuss issues.

Must Have

• Graduated from college or university with a relevant major
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in AutoCAD and G8 software
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
