Job Summary

The Plant Electrician is responsible for maintaining all electrical machinery, equipment, and systems in the factory to ensure smooth operation and efficient production. Key duties include performing direct shift activities, conducting periodic inspections and maintenance, repairing electrical equipment, coordinating with departments for maintenance and emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and GMP.

Must Have

  • Perform direct shift activities to ensure machinery, tools, and equipment operate according to process and quality.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance (hourly and daily) to ensure high capacity and meet KPI standards.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance as required by management.
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of machinery, equipment, and factory electrical systems.
  • Repair electrical equipment in the factory.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for maintenance and repairs, and support production and other departments in emergencies.
  • Operate assigned equipment (compressor, water, cullet collection, and generator during power outages).
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to switch power sources during outages.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety, and GMP.
  • College degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Accept 8-hour shifts (3 shifts, 4 crews).

SCOPE OF WORK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform direct shift activities to ensure all machinery, tools, and equipment operate according to process and quality;
  • Perform periodic inspections and maintenance (hourly and daily) to ensure high capacity and meet KPI standards.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance as required by management.
  • Inspect and maintain the condition of machinery, equipment, and factory electrical systems to ensure good condition for production and related departments.
  • Repair electrical equipment in the factory.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to perform maintenance and repairs, and support production and other departments in emergencies.
  • Support job change activities.
  • Operate assigned equipment in the daily work list (compressor system, water, cullet collection, and generator during power outages);
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to switch power sources during power outages. Report to superiors in emergencies for timely support.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures, occupational safety, and implement HUN reports, GMP. Coordinate to implement and maintain 5S conditions for the department and factory.
  • Prepare reports and related documents according to procedures;
  • Perform work list according to KPI.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with employment responsibilities and laws related to safety, HR policies, quality, and environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
