Consultant, Professional Services (German and English Speaking)

The Consultant will lead and deliver Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using JustPerform, focusing on financial consolidation and planning processes. This role involves analyzing client requirements, designing scalable EPM solutions, configuring JustPerform models, and ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Key responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, data integration from ERP systems, developing calculation logic, and optimizing planning models. The consultant will also engage with stakeholders, conduct training, and perform quality assurance.

Must Have

• Analyze client requirements and design scalable EPM solutions for consolidation and planning
• Configure JustPerform models, workflows, and business rules to meet client objectives
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards in consolidation processes
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data integration from ERP systems
• Develop and validate calculation logic for intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial adjustments
• Optimize planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best practices
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and performance
• Document processes, configurations, and provide post-implementation support
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance processes
• Hands-on experience with an EPM platform
• Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools
• Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and client-facing capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines
• Fluency in German and English is essential

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification
• Prior experience in consulting or EPM implementation projects
• Knowledge of other EPM tools (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC)
