Job Description

Within the Legal Department, we are looking for a Corporate & Compliance Lawyer to work on business law and compliance topics, in France and internationally, under the supervision of the Legal and Compliance Director. This role involves participating in the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance program, contributing to internal policies, risk mapping, and third-party evaluations, as well as managing the legal life of Group entities and participating in structuring operations.

Must have:

Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance program (anti-corruption, human rights, international sanctions).
Contribute to the documentation and updating of internal policies, risk mapping, and third-party evaluations.
Ensure legal watch on anti-corruption compliance and economic sanctions.
Ensure responses to requests from authorities and stakeholders regarding Group compliance.
Participate in the drafting and review of contracts and procedures on integrity and compliance aspects.
Participate in legal awareness and training actions for operational teams.
Monitor the legal life of Group entities and participate in structuring or development operations (creation, merger, reorganization).
Deploy the governance policy, manage power delegations, and maintain the corporate database up to date.
Participate in the Group's strategy to simplify the legal organizational chart and optimize governance.
Draft and negotiate various types of contracts, particularly supplier contracts, in English and French.
