The Creative Lead (Art) in the Design Production Studio at Salesforce will lead the development and execution of creative projects across various platforms for internal marketing partners. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing brand and marketing projects, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The lead will work closely with HQ for creative oversight and with the local Mexico City team for design and production, managing a team of designers and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.
Must Have:
  • Lead development and execution of creative concepts for traditional and non-traditional brand creative including events, campaigns, digital, print and video.
  • Work with marketing, creative, production, and strategy to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.
  • Own/oversee multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained from kick-off to approval.
  • Manage a team of designers to develop original, breakthrough creative and design that serve a global audience.
  • Experienced developing and presenting/discussing creative and the narrative/strategy behind the work with creatives and leadership.
  • Comfortable offering and receiving creative feedback in a constructive and open way.
  • Strong ability to develop work with a keen eye for details big, medium and small.
  • Able to keep track of complex notes and feedback and ensure efficient and accurate progress.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with Salesforce's brand strategy and voice across all platforms.
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet campaign objectives and deliver on-strategy and breakthrough results.
  • Oversee multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance content creation.
  • 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a top creative agency or in-house for a global brand.
  • Experience in video and content creation.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, storytelling, motion design, and animation.
  • Expert in design software: Figma and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong handle of Google suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered tools and strategies for creative development, content creation and optimization.

The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multifaceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries, craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work. Our new Design Production Studio will help us continue to scale our team globally.

About the role

The Creative Lead on the design production studio team is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative projects across a wide range of platforms and channels that originate from our internal marketing partners. We are looking for a creative leader with an art direction background that will lead on both internal and external campaigns, developing compelling creative for customer engagement, demand-gen campaigns, events, brand initiatives, and internal communications. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing brand and marketing projects, collaborating with cross-functional global teams, and ensuring brand consistency.

This unique role will work closely with the creative team in Salesforce HQ for guidance and creative oversight while collaborating with the local team for design and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to develop work with a keen eye for details big, medium and small. Able to keep track of complex notes and feedback and ensure efficient and accurate progress.
