Job Description

The Creative Lead of the Creative Project Management Team at Krafton will manage and oversee projects within the Global Creative Division. This involves collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring effective communication. Responsibilities include overseeing creative project management, schedule coordination, analysis, budget creation and tracking, contract and payment processes, and communication with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative projects in the games industry, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Wrike is also preferred.

Must have:

Creative project management experience
Budget creation & tracking
Contract & payment management
Excellent communication skills
Global collaboration experience
Business-level English fluency

Good to have:

Team Leader experience
Game company PM or marketing experience
Experience with Creative Agile & Production organizations
Design/video production pipeline experience
Project management tool experience (Jira, Confluence, Wrike)

Global Creative Division에 속한 Project Management Team에서는 회사의 비전을 바탕으로 본부의 전략 아래 실행되는 프로젝트와 그에 수반되는 과정 전반을 운영&관리 합니다. 크래프톤 HQ와 다양한 글로벌 부서는 물론, 외부 에이전시와의 명확하고 유연한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 성공적인 프로젝트를 진행합니다. 통합적 사고를 바탕으로 제작 인력 리소스 관리와 함께 크리에이티브 프로젝트 예산안을 수립하고, 정확한 예산 운영 관리, 계약 지급 및 관리를 통해 효율적인 프로젝트 운영을 수행합니다.
