The Creative Producer, Magic, at Wizards of the Coast will lead day-to-day operations for Magic's Product Creative team. Magic's Studio X is seeking a proactive Creative Producer with a general understanding of creative and / or print production to lead day-to-day operations within Magic's Product Creative team.

The Creative Producer will drive the scheduling, development, and implementation of overarching studio production strategies. Using a broad set of hard and soft creative production skills, this position requires an inventive and self-motivated individual, with the ability to organize a diverse and inclusive team of creatives.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate, encourage, and cultivate a diverse group of creative professionals across several areas of focus (product innovation, branding, and packaging).
  • Own and optimize overarching creative schedules, crafting clear, detailed, and efficient communication between teams.
  • Represent the needs of Magic Product Creative to all Wizards partners, positively driving team relationships with minimal direction.
  • Surface issues, roadblocks, and concerns between development teams and drive alignment / consensus for projects and priorities.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of creative project management experience, with a passion for driving quality execution, on time, across creative pipelines (concept development, art buying/production, print production, branding, packaging).
  • High integrity: A trusted advisor, driver, and positivity bringer with high EQ and low ego.
  • Servant Leadership: A primary orientation towards fluidly solving for the team and the organization's needs.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity: Make exciting opportunities possible by effortlessly iterating on a number of complex and ambiguous team scenarios.

  • Project management tool mastery: Smartsheet and MIRO are a plus!

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $95,838
  • Pay Range End: $165,325
