Creative Technical Content Writer

A specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring for an onsite opportunity. This is a 12-month+ contract role with the potential to convert, supporting a client that offers personal and business banking, lending, investment planning, and wealth management services.

In this role, you’ll join the Human Resource Content Design Team to help shape digital content experiences for more than 300,000 global employees. Your work will help users navigate HR resources, learn, and discover new career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Create web content that supports departments within Human Resources, including Career Development, Performance Development, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Develop content for employee self-service tools and information used in web banners, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital channels.
• Participate in the editorial process from start to finish, including writing, editing, content review, incorporating feedback, publishing, and collecting user feedback.
• Analyze content performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio of self-service corporate HR-related writing samples.
• 3–5 years of UX/web corporate writing experience, with a background in English, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience writing content for SEO, web, and educational or customer service-related materials.
• Ability to contribute at both a strategic and tactical level within a large organization.
• Knowledge of HTML, Adobe, or ServiceNow.
