  • Proactively identify test-and-learn opportunities for creator partnerships — including new formats, platform expansion opportunities, or emerging storytelling styles.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, sharing relevant insights and creator examples with the broader team to inform content direction and casting strategy.
  • Help organize campaign wrap-ups, track performance KPIs (engagement, views, sentiment), and synthesize insights into shareable recaps and strategy updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skilled professional in creator, influencer, or social marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns or programs from end to end.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English — both written and verbal — with demonstrated cultural fluency and familiarity with creator talent and audience behavior in Mexico.
  • Proven experience working with or managing external agency partners, including briefing, reviewing creative, and ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
  • Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and feedback cycles without missing details.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Substack, and YouTube, including platform norms, creator dynamics, and evolving content formats that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
