As a Crewplanner at EMG Nederland, you are a crucial link in the preparation process for television and media productions. You ensure a smooth planning structure for employee schedules and contribute to the development and training plan for young talents. You are responsible for assigning the right crew, considering their strengths and availability, allowing employees to focus on quality and client wishes.

Our Multi-camera department provides national and international services in the field of television and media productions. On location or in the studio, with the latest techniques, equipment, and software, we support a wide range of audiovisual productions.

You also watch sports registrations including the Eredivisie, KNVB Beker, and international matches, as well as various studio programs such as Tijd voor Max and I Can See Your Voice.

You ensure the correct staffing of the desired crew and take into account the right distribution in terms of strength/deployability.
