ABOUT THE ROLE

As CRM Communications Delivery Team Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the CRM team, owning the execution of campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Working closely with Marketing, Data Strategy, Creative, Promotions, and CRM Analytics teams, you’ll ensure all customer communications are delivered accurately, on time, and with maximum impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of the campaign delivery engine — turning marketing briefs into high-quality customer journeys. You’ll help embed best practices in personalisation, testing, and compliance, and act as a key link between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and fast-paced delivery.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Managing the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS

Owning the build, QA, scheduling, and deployment of all customer communications

Implementing and maintaining automated and trigger-based journeys to support lifecycle engagement

Collaborating with the Data Strategy team to ensure accurate audience selection and segmentation

Working with Creative teams to ensure a responsive and high-quality asset workflow

Embedding robust A/B and multivariate testing processes to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring all communications meet compliance, GDPR, and responsible gaming standards

Supporting campaign performance reviews, collaborating with Analytics to apply insights

Managing stakeholder expectations through clear prioritisation and effective workflow management

Contributing to the evolution of tools and processes to increase delivery efficiency and scalability

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Hands-on experience delivering CRM campaigns at scale across multiple channels

Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over delivery accuracy

Good understanding of personalisation logic, dynamic content, and customer journeys

Strong organisational and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders

Experience working in a regulated industry with a clear understanding of compliance standards

        A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements
