Buckman is seeking a Sr. Sales Representative for Digital Water Treatment in Light Industries. This remote, full-time role involves growing territory revenue, implementing innovative digital solutions, and providing technical support to customers. Must Have:
  • Growing territory revenue by conducting sales visits, presenting proposals, using data/insights to demonstrate value and closing sales.
  • Using digital applications and marketing tools to provide the right solution to a customer’s need.
  • Contacting the customer on a regular basis to ensure a positive customer experience and to maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Providing technical support and servicing to customer accounts.
  • Working safely to meet all safety goals and targets.
  • Achieving sales goals and growth targets.
  • Demonstrated sales success including at least 3 years of sales experience which includes some territory management.
  • Strong relationship management, prospecting and proven sales results.
  • 4 - 6 years of sales experience in water or a technical (service based) industry.
  • Experience in Sales or application of chemical products in industrial water treatment.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Processes related to cooling & boiler water treatment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
