This role involves collaborating with the CRM team to define and implement CRM programs, build best-in-class CRM experiences, and execute campaigns across various channels. The intern will support localization of strategic plans for consumer engagement through Philips apps, work on Ratings & Reviews initiatives, prepare analytic reports, and conduct social listening. The role also requires close collaboration with LATAM and international teams to align strategic actions.
Must have:

  • Implement CRM campaigns in key commercial moments across different channels.
  • Support localization and execution of strategic plans to recruit and engage consumers through Philips apps.
  • Work on Ratings & Reviews initiatives to improve KPIs across Personal Health categories.
  • Prepare analytic reports to assess campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with LATAM and international teams to align strategic actions.

Job Details

Your role:

  • Collaborating with the CRM team to define and implement CRM programs aligned with the business strategy and based on consumer’s digital and e-commerce behavior in Chile and Mexico.
  • Working with the CRM team to build best in class CRM experiences that will increase brand perception, retention and loyalty.
  • Implementing CRM campaigns in key commercial moments across different channels, product launches and communication strategies to engage our database, working closely with the Marketing, e-Trade and Sales teams.
  • Supporting the CRM team in the localization and execution of strategic plans to recruit and engage consumers through Philips apps (Pregnancy+, Baby+ etc.).
  • Working with the team in Ratings & Reviews initiatives: developing and monitoring digital and omnichannel activities to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across Personal Health categories, including Beauty, Male Grooming, and Mother & Child Care.
  • Preparing analytic reports to assess campaign performance and identify actionable insights for higher consumer engagement and sales conversion.
  • Conducting social listening to monitor consumer behavior and market trends, sharing relevant findings with Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement across categories.
  • Collaborating closely with LATAM and international teams to align strategic actions that will have an impact on business and targets.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
