Located near Orléans, the site is a reference in supporting weapon systems and radars worldwide. It houses engineering, development, and integration activities for air defense systems.
- Support project teams in Fleury-les-Aubrais in program execution (risk management, implementation, introduction of best practices, respect and improvement of processes, etc.),
- By delegation, when requested by the Sector Operations Manager, represent Sector Operations in project reviews (MPR).
- Contribute to the analysis and operational financial management of activities in Fleury-les-Aubrais,
- Contribute to the reliability of workload plan development in coordination with business managers and workload managers
- Contribute to the development of budgets and staffing by reporting needs for the Fleury-les-Aubrais site,
- Monitor operational performance through relevant indicators
- Be the relay for the Sector's progress plan, aiming to improve collective efficiency;
- Support the Fleury-les-Aubrais teams in deploying new practices,
- Contribute to best practices in offers and projects,
- Manage the technical investments necessary for competitiveness in Fleury-les-Aubrais
- Ensure, in coordination with Human Resources and project teams, the appropriate level of skills on projects
- Manage the spaces and resources related to the sector in coordination with the various stakeholders on the Fleury-les-Aubrais site.
- Participate in the CODIR of the industrial competence center of the business line at the France level as an Operations representative and coordinate regularly with industrial operations to facilitate project delivery
You have successful experience in cross-functional project management and/or Operations and experience in the services sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
You know how to develop good relationships with all teams in the organization.
