Job Summary
Aptiv is seeking a Product Engineer - Electrical to join its manufacturing engineering team in Braga, Portugal. The role involves ensuring product software functionality, supporting new product launches, conducting failure analysis, and understanding customer technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronic Engineering, strong SW development and programming skills, knowledge of electronics technologies, and problem-solving abilities. Good English skills and a willingness to travel are also required.
Must Have
- Ensure products have current software, proper programming, and functionalities.
- Support and follow-up on new product launch activities.
- Conduct part or product failure analysis and FTQ.
- Support 0Km and Warranty product analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Co-operate with local and remote APTIV Teams.
- Support Change Request and Change Implementation activities.
- Degree or Master in Electronic Engineering.
- Ability in SW development and programming.
- Knowledge of electronics technologies.
- Proactive, dynamic, with good communication and teamwork.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with Statistics.
- Problem Solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Legally eligible to work in Portugal (residence permit/visa, NIF, NISS).

- Support Change Request and Change Implementation activities.
Your profile :
- Degree (pre-bologna) or Master in Electronic Engineering;
- Ability to SW development and programing;
- Knowledge of electronics technologies;
- Proactive and dynamic personality with good communication and teamwork
- Good English skills (both spoken and written);
- Experience with Statistics;
- Problem Solving abilities;
- Willingness to travel.
