Quality Engineer

In this Quality Engineer role, you will be responsible for manufacturing process quality control, supervising quality inspector activities, and managing nonconforming products through sorting and rework. Key tasks include analyzing scrap, investigating plant issues, providing quality visual aids, and performing data collection and trend analysis. You will also handle customer quality issues, provide RMA and tracking, manage process and tool qualifications, and monitor supplier quality. The role includes problem-solving and the authority to halt production for abnormal process control.

Must Have

• Manufacturing Process Quality Control Activities
• Support in supervising quality inspector activities and assignments
• Red Tag Control Sorting/Rework of Nonconforming Product
• Analyze Scrap Investigate issues identified in our own plants Provide Quality Visual Aids
• Data collection and Trend analysis Ensure process change is identified and follow up process change process
• Handle the Customer Quality Issue
• Provide RMA and tracking Return Material Analysis
• Handle the Process qualification
• Localized and Transferred tool qualification
• Tractability and labeling projects
• Handle the supplier quality monitoring
• Problem issues and solving
• Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control
• University Graduate
• More than 5 years relevant experience
• Good oral and written English skill
• Be familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 /IATF16949 quality system
• Have experience for internal audit
• Relocate to Wuhan in the future

Your Background

• University Graduate
