Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer phone calls, faxes, and emails. The role involves direct liaison with customers for service requests, general inquiries, order processing, and ensuring courteous and efficient service. This position also supports the Sales Team, communicates with Operations, and manages correspondence, documentation, and reporting for customers.
Must Have:
  • Receive customers' phone calls, faxes, e-mails and handle accordingly
  • Liaise directly with customers on service requests & general inquiries for collection, delivery, provision of material, etc., and ensure customers are provided with courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • Handle order processing
  • Support Sales Team & ensure proper communication with Operations and notify Management of any difficulties
  • Handle correspondence & documentation, department filing and record storage administration management
  • Produce standard reports for customers
  • Secondary education or above
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in B2B servicing industry or customer services field
  • Cantonese and basic English abilities
  • Good computer knowledge, telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, pleasant and cheerful
  • Good sense of time management
