CNC Operator

The CNC Operator will be responsible for manufacturing parts based on technical drawings and generated NC codes, including manual code writing using Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426 software. Key duties involve selecting workstation equipment, tools, instruments, and machining parameters, supervising production processes, and performing quality control on finished parts. Candidates should have technical education in machining or relevant CNC courses, good knowledge of technical drawing, and experience in operating CNC milling machines.

Must Have

• Performing parts based on technical drawings and NC code
• Manual NC code writing (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426)
• Selection of workstation equipment, tools, and instruments
• Selection of machining parameters
• Supervising production processes
• Quality control of manufactured details
• Secondary/vocational technical education in machining or CNC courses
• Good knowledge of technical drawing
• Knowledge of CNC machine programming basics (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain)
• Experience in operating CNC milling machines with control

Key tasks:

• performing assigned parts based on technical drawing and generated NC code
• manual code writing for the machine. Used software is Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426
• selection of workstation equipment including tools and instruments,
• selection of machining parameters
• supervising the implementation of production processes
• quality control of manufactured details by checking dimensions for compliance with documentation

Qualification requirements:

• secondary/vocational technical education, with a machining profile or completed CNC machine operation courses
• good knowledge of technical drawing
• knowledge of CNC machine programming basics (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain)
• experience in operating CNC milling machines with control
