Job Description

The CNC Operator will be responsible for manufacturing parts based on technical drawings and generated NC codes, including manual code writing using Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426 software. Key duties involve selecting workstation equipment, tools, instruments, and machining parameters, supervising production processes, and performing quality control on finished parts. Candidates should have technical education in machining or relevant CNC courses, good knowledge of technical drawing, and experience in operating CNC milling machines.

Must Have:

Performing parts based on technical drawings and NC code
Manual NC code writing (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426)
Selection of workstation equipment, tools, and instruments
Selection of machining parameters
Supervising production processes
Quality control of manufactured details
Secondary/vocational technical education in machining or CNC courses
Good knowledge of technical drawing
Knowledge of CNC machine programming basics (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain)
Experience in operating CNC milling machines with control
