Job Description

The Customer Solutions Engineer at Google's gTech Ads manages technical relationships with clients, collaborating with sales to identify business opportunities across performance, display, video, and shopping solutions. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • 3 years of experience in delivering technical projects.
  • Experience partnering/working with cross-functional teams translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
  • Experience in Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging both performance, display, video and shopping solutions supported by the team.
  • Experience in design and implement complex, cross-product customized solutions with the client.
  • Ability to collect requirements, provide guidance to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers' partners' business goals.
  • Ability to be responsible for implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for named accounts.
