Job Description

As part of our global product management team for spare parts, you will gain exciting insights into the analysis, further development, and marketing of our parts products. You will work closely with international colleagues and gain initial experience in a global, technology-driven environment. You will support the development and enhancement of parts products, coordinate cross-functional projects, conduct market and competitor analyses, and contribute to digital process development.

  • Support in developing new and enhancing existing parts products, considering technological aspects, market requirements, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in coordinating cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives to boost the performance of our parts products.
  • Conduct independent market and competitor analyses, evaluate product success based on KPIs, and derive concrete optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of digital processes (e.g., e-commerce or obsolescence management) and improve our parts landscape by gathering feedback.
  • Assist the team in creating presentations, reports, and decision templates for management.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics).
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs.
  • Good German and English language skills for communication with local and international colleagues.
  • Proactive personality with a passion for independent work in an international environment.
  • Flexible, communicative, and assertive.

Job Description

  • You will support the development of new parts products and the further development of existing offerings. You will always consider technological aspects, market requirements, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
  • You will also participate in the coordination of cross-departmental projects and implement strategic initiatives to further increase the performance of our parts products.
  • Furthermore, you will independently conduct market and competitor analyses, evaluate the success of our products based on defined KPIs, and derive concrete optimization possibilities.
  • You will contribute to the further development of digital processes (e.g., in the area of e-commerce or obsolescence management). At the same time, you will work on improving our parts landscape by gathering feedback from plants and international stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will assist the team in creating presentations, reports, and decision templates for management.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, etc.).
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs. If you already have experience with SAP, that would be an additional advantage.
  • Your good German and English language skills will help you communicate confidently with local and international colleagues.
  • As a proactive personality, you enjoy working independently in an international environment. You would also describe yourself as flexible, communicative, and assertive.

The PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed Bachelor graduates who aim to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial contexts. The second phase includes the Master's degree and involves further events and seminars as well as personal support from a mentor on the way to a successful completion.
