You will be a team member who will take care of the development of card products, simplifying and improving card processes and procedures! You will work with Agile approaches and make a huge contribution to creating and improving new and existing card products and processes.

Job Description

In TBC's Card Business and Loyalty Development League, in the Card Products Development Agile team - we are looking for a Service Expert.

You will be a team member who will take care of the development of card products, simplifying and improving card processes and procedures!

You will work with Agile approaches and make a huge contribution to creating and improving new and existing card products and processes.

Qualifications

You must have:

  • Knowledge of bank processes/products
  • Knowledge of card products
  • Experience working as a Service Expert in an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) team (preferred)
  • Knowledge of business process methodologies;

It would be good if you have:

  • Experience in product development;
  • Analytical and logical thinking;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to make independent decisions;
  • Ability to plan and organize activities;
  • You must be communicative and initiative-taking.
