Job Description

This role involves developing trusted advisor relationships with customer partners and executive sponsors to understand their strategy and technical environment. You will oversee all post-sales activity, manage the renewal ecosystem, and ensure on-time renewals. The role requires anticipating and monitoring at-risk accounts, ensuring a smooth client experience, and providing customer feedback to internal teams. Candidates should have 5+ years of Customer Success Manager experience, be based in Poland, and possess a strong desire for action, enthusiasm, and dedication to connecting with customers to ensure they realize the full value of Trellix products.
Must Have:
  • Develop a trusted adviser relationship with customer partners and executive sponsors.
  • Oversee all post-sales activity to create recognizable benefits for your customer.
  • Manage the renewal ecosystem (distributor, Partner and Customer).
  • Ensure on-time renewals across your book of business.
  • Anticipate and monitor at-risk accounts and ensure concerns are managed.
  • Ensure smooth client experience as they work with several Trellix roles.
  • Be the customer's voice and provide feedback to our teams on how we can better serve our customers.
  • Identify risks to the customer achieving their goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • 5+ years of Customer Success Manager experience.
  • Based in Poland.
  • Strong desire for action and willingness to jump in and role-up your sleeves.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect customers with an understanding of their needs.
  • Excel in developing deep customer relationships and managing assigned accounts.
  • Ability to build valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diverse customer account base.
  • Experience deploying technology or support services with large enterprise or global customers.
  • Support customers in the EMEA Region account zone.
  • Serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients/customers.
  • Uses in-depth knowledge of client industry and/or business processes, deep knowledge of the product being sold and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization.
  • Holds direct responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Accountable for client renewal and retention results.

Business travel when safe to do so. * Serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients/customers. * Uses in-depth knowledge of client industry and/or business processes, deep knowledge of the product being sold and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization of company products/services. * Demonstrates product features beyond central functionality to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s)/services. * May recommend specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired result. Holds direct responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products/services; accountable for client renewal and retention results. * Ensures best practices are adopted for product use. May handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support. * May or may not be on a sales incentive plan that is based on individual and/or team sales results (e.g., revenue, bookings, unit sales). * This is an individual contributor role.
