Data Center Infrastructure & Server Operations Engineer

This role involves comprehensive management of data center infrastructure and server operations. Key responsibilities include NPU server status checks, monitoring, and incident response, as well as equipment installation, replacement, relocation, and disposal. The engineer will also perform inspections and troubleshoot IDC infrastructure (servers, storage, network devices), manage rack placement, cabling, power, and cooling environments, and support field work for partners and other team engineers. Additionally, the role requires managing equipment inventory, IDC assets, and documenting operational standard procedures.

Must Have

• 2-5 years of experience in IDC infrastructure management
• Technical knowledge and support experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of network, power, and IDC environments

Good to Have

• Experience managing GPU (NPU) and AI infrastructure hardware
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware
• Positive and proactive mindset with good communication skills

Responsibilities and Opportunities
