Data Center Infrastructure & Server Operations Engineer

Responsibilities and Opportunities

• NPU server status check and monitoring, incident response
• Equipment installation, replacement, relocation, disposal
• IDC infrastructure (server/storage/network equipment) inspection and incident response
• Rack placement, cabling, power, cooling environment management
• Support for field work of partners and other team engineers
• Equipment inventory management and IDC asset management
• Documentation of IDC operational standard procedures

Key Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IDC infrastructure management
• Technical knowledge and support experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of network, power, and IDC environments

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience managing GPU (NPU), AI infrastructure hardware
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware
• Positive and proactive mindset with good communication skills
