Must Have

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement ML algorithms and statistical models to enhance our platform and optimize key operational metrics.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and SRE to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and reliability of your models.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our platform and drive adoption.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences, effectively presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML technologies and continuously improve model performance.

What You’ll Need:

  • A strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
