Desktop Support Technician I

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician I for a contract opportunity. This role involves configuring workstations for new users, upgrading existing equipment, utilizing a ticketing system, re-imaging and repairing computers, and performing data migrations and restorations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on desktop support experience.

Must Have

• Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment.

• 1+ year of hands-on desktop support experience.

Good to Have

• Comp Tia A+ certified
• Any desktop or laptop repair certifications
• Intune and SCCM imaging experience
