Developer Team Lead (Frontend)

ComeOn Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Team Lead (Frontend) to lead their frontend development team. This pivotal role involves driving technical vision, delivering high-quality web applications for the iGaming experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will optimize user experience while adhering to best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Must Have

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of frontend developers.
• Design and architect robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams.
• Oversee code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
• Support the team in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Strong experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, mentoring and guiding a team of developers.
• Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience is optimized while adhering to best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.

• Support the team in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges.

Requirements

About you:

• Strong experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
