We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer (min. 4 years) to step into a Team Leader role, focusing on technical leadership and team growth. This role involves coordinating team work, ensuring code quality through reviews, participating in sprint planning, and mentoring developers.

Must Have

• Min. 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Very good knowledge of Angular / React / Vue.js
• Willingness to develop into a Team Leader
• Communication skills and responsibility
• English language min. B2
• Coordinate the work of teams and provide technical support to developers
• Overseeing code quality (code review, standards, best practices)
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and technical decision making
• Mentoring and developing team members
