Job Description
DevOps Engineer needed for a 12-month contract (renewable) position at Helpshift's Pune, India office. Responsibilities include Linux system administration and troubleshooting, utilizing AWS cloud services, implementing monitoring and logging with Elastic and Kibana, employing Ansible and Jenkins, and working with databases. The ideal candidate possesses strong sysadmin, DevOps, and SRE practices and troubleshooting skills within a production environment. On-site work in the IST timezone is required.

Requirements
- Expertise in Linux—both as Sysadmin and Troubleshooting experience is required
- Grasp of standard sysadmin/DevOps/SRE practices and troubleshooting skills in a production environment
- Cloud: AWS
- Monitoring & Logging—Elastic, Kibana
- Ansible
- Jenkins
- Databases
- We prefer contractors to work from the Helpshift office along with other team members
- Should work in IST timezone
