This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting platforms critical to software development and service operations, including managing observability platforms, Kubernetes clusters, and integrating Terraform Enterprise.

Must Have

  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Independently manage tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Plan, validate, and execute release deployments with precision and reliability.
  • Set up and manage observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kibana.
  • Develop and implement robust alerting mechanisms for applications, databases, and infrastructure components.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including upgrades and compatibility checks.
  • Integrate Terraform Enterprise (TFE) for VM provisioning and load balancer configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues within defined SLAs; conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses.
  • Participate in architecture discussions to ensure alignment with operational excellence and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and ITSM tools: Jenkins (CI/CD), Git, JSM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ELK, Kibana, MongoDB, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Kubernetes clusters in public/private cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture: routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, VPN.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, MySQL, SQL Server, and Windows OS with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to develop automation scripts using Shell, Ansible, or Python.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with document-based databases like MongoDB is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup using Harness and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.

  • Integrate Terraform Enterprise (TFE) for VM provisioning and load balancer configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues within defined SLAs; conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in architecture discussions to ensure alignment with operational excellence and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Share knowledge of new technologies and take ownership of technically challenging projects.
  • Participate in a rotational 24x7 support model.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and ITSM tools: Jenkins (CI/CD), Git, JSM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ELK, Kibana, MongoDB, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Kubernetes clusters in public/private cloud environments, including cluster upgrades and compatibility validation.
