Paytm is seeking a DGM/GM- Central Operations to join its Sales Ops team for Enterprise Merchants. This role is responsible for deal approvals for onboarding merchants through various bank channels and aggregation models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bank channel onboarding and acquiring costs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include data management, tracking KPIs to increase Net Rev at the merchant level, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and driving implementation. The role also requires effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution and ensuring appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place for tracking, evaluation, and support.
Must have:
- Good understanding of bank channel on-boarding & Acquiring Cost
- Good in resolving issues/problems raised by the internal teams as well as by the merchant
- Be proactive in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation
- Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure appropriate systems and infrastructure are in place to track, evaluate and support

About the team: Sales Ops team of Enterprise Merchants which supports the sales function with Data/Processes/Growth & other backend activities.
About the role: Responsible for deal approvals for onboarding of merchants through different Bank Channels & on aggregation model. Data management & tracking of KPIs to increase Net Rev at merchant level.
